Lot 10 is strategically positioned within Otarkia Eco Village, offering approximately 5 acres (≈20,000 m²) of usable land ideal for a ground-mounted solar farm development. The site can accommodate approximately 1 MWp of installed solar capacity, generating an estimated:

• 1.6 – 1.7 million kWh per year

• Equivalent to supplying the entire commercial zone and a significant portion of the residential zone

Lot 10 is designed to become the energy backbone of Otarkia, supplying electricity primarily to:

• The Residential Zone (eco-homes and serviced plots)

Energy will be distributed internally at a competitive tariff (estimated Rs 5.5 – 6.5 per kWh), providing:
