Lot 5b holds a key position within the Otarkia project and will remain part of the core assets of Otarkia Ltd as a shared infrastructure space. Its role is to ensure seamless access to all parcels and to support efficient circulation throughout the eco-village.

As a central logistics and access point, Lot 5b will play a crucial role in visitor reception and operational coordination, while preserving its function as a green, multipurpose area serving both shareholders and visitors of Otarkia.

This space will serve as the main entry point to the various zones within the project, and

will include:

• A centralized parking area for both visitors and residents

• Direct access to the footbridge, enhancing connectivity across the village

• An eco-friendly greenhouse dedicated to our nursery, a key driver of biodiversity within the Otarkia ecosystem
