Architects are developing a concept that incorporates containers designed with natural exterior materials and an optimal layout to accommodate eco-friendly visitors, whether singles,, or families. The will be equipped with autonomous systems, including solar panels, a composting toilet, and a water supply source.
Conference and Banquet Hall
The Otarkia project holds a valid building permit for the construction of a public space featuring amenities designed to accommodate yoga group sessions, conferences, cooking workshops, a dining hall, and a banquet hall, covering a total of 368 m².
